Shan Kothari (Post-doc) and Juan Posada (visiting scholar) have begun taking stomatal density and size measurements on the 100 leaf samples taken this year from broadleaf and conifer species in IDENT-Montreal. They are collecting data to understand how water availability influences leaf water-use traits. To learn more about the project, visit the link below.
