Vanessa brilliantly defended her project proposal in front of her jury last week, with only minor revisions being requested despite some tough questions. Over the course of her PhD, Vanessa will be examining the potential of mobile LiDAR as a tool to create urban tree inventories that cities can then use to better manage their forests.
